Anti-fraud Policy

What we don't allow on our network, how we detect abuse, and what happens when we find it.

Our 4G proxy network exists to help legitimate businesses scrape, verify, and test at scale. We refuse to be a tool for fraud — and we have built operational, contractual, and technical defenses to keep it that way.

What we don't allow

  • Credit card fraud — testing stolen cards, generating fake transactions, BIN attacks
  • Account takeover — credential stuffing against banks, exchanges, retail accounts
  • Click fraud — generating fake ad clicks against any advertiser, including ones you compete with
  • Spam & phishing — bulk email/SMS via the proxy network, hosting phishing pages reachable through us
  • Malware distribution — any C2 traffic, dropper hosting, ransomware coordination
  • DDoS & brute force — high-volume probing of any service, including authentication endpoints
  • Sale of access — reselling our IPs to third parties without written authorization

How we detect abuse

  • Real-time traffic monitoring on each modem (volume, destination diversity, port patterns)
  • Carrier-side reputation feedback — Telcel/AT&T flag SIMs being used for spam, we get notified within minutes
  • Abuse complaints — we read every [email protected] ticket; response time <4h
  • Blocklist monitoring — Spamhaus, Spamcop, Composite Blocking List

What happens if abuse is detected

  1. Immediate suspension of the offending modem(s) — no warning
  2. Investigation — we review traffic logs (kept 7 days for this purpose)
  3. If confirmed: account terminated, prepaid balance forfeited, IP/payment method banned
  4. If law enforcement requests cooperation: we comply with valid Mexican judicial orders only

What we won't do, ever

  • Sell or share customer payment information
  • Hand over data to law enforcement without a valid Mexican court order
  • Run "honeypot" sessions to entrap users

Reporting abuse

If you've received unwanted traffic from one of our IPs, email [email protected] with the source IP, timestamp (UTC), and a sample log line. We acknowledge within 4h and act within 24h.

If your account is suspended in error

Email [email protected] with your account ID and a description of what you were doing. False positives happen — we'll investigate and reinstate within 24h if the suspension was wrong.
