• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or any content that violates third-party rights
• Access systems you are not authorised to access
• Violate Mexican law, the laws of your jurisdiction, or the laws of the destination jurisdiction
• Resell access without our written agreement

We monitor for these abuses and will terminate accounts found to be engaged in them, with no refund. See our Anti-fraud policy.

The Proxy Server name, logo, dashboard, and all original content on this site are © Proxy Server, all rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the site without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". While we target 99.9%+ uptime, we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any losses (lost revenue, lost data, missed scrape windows) resulting from carrier-side outages, force majeure, or your own configuration errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring action in your own jurisdiction.
